Introducing Surplus - A Mission Driven Company

Consumers demand more from the companies they back. As individuals we put our knowledge into brands that we feel stand for more than profit. We put our money into companies that stand for their community, social causes, the environment, climate, education and more aspects beyond their bottom line. That’s the type of company I like to support and I think a lot of our generation feels the same way.

Our mission is to increase access to value-added, innovative services in homes. We view wellness through a much broader and more sophisticated lens, encompassing not just fitness and nutrition but also overall physical, mental health and appearance. We empower people with better choices in the types of products and services they buy and the way they buy them.

Creating a wellness lifestyle can be challenging for individuals due to finding the right information, getting support, and tracking progress. The economics of adding amenities can be a strain and property managers are looking for innovative solutions. For many developers, this means a standard gym isn’t going to cut it anymore and those that can offer a selection of wellness-oriented amenities will ensure their communities stand out among their competitors.

Renters want their residences—where most Americans reportedly spend 67% of their time—to reflect the same holistic approach to health they take in other areas of their lives. We started by providing tech-enabled resident-first, room service at home and expanding our offering to include access to holistic physical & mental health services, stress management and other innovative resident-focused services through our platform.

We are Surplus. Welcome to the future of wellness for living spaces.
